Introductory Remarks by Toma Tasovac
We are in a historic building, in which the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, the precursor to Yugoslavia, was proclaimed on December 1, 1918. I hope that’s not a bad omen. And I hope that DARIAH-RS will do better than Yugoslavia did.
Nada Popović Perišić
The digital revolution challenges all layers of communication and all types of media.
Technology without ideas is just a load of junk.
I’d like to congratulate DARIAH Serbia for being recognized at the European level. It’s something that we can all be proud of.
We need to put the humanities on the same level as other sciences by bringing them into the digital world.
Digitization is not just a question of technology, but a condition for a culture of memory.
